Our founders, Ing. Michal Wasserbauer, Ph.D., and Nurmi Dwi Augustina, S.E., MBA, established MMW Group with a core vision of improving the daily lives. The name “MMW” derives from the initials of the founder’s names, and representing their personal commitment to creating a meaningful impact.
MMW Group’s journey began over 12 years ago when Michal Wasserbauer and Nurmia Dwi Agustina founded Cekindo Business International (today called Incorp), a market entry consulting firm based in Indonesia, Singapore, and Vietnam. Since then, MMW Group has expanded its business lines across various industries.
Michal is a entrepreneur and founder with over 15 years of experience building companies and helping investors to expand to Southeast Asia. Michal currently act as Chairman and Bord member in several companies related to MMW Group investments, and is recognize as PE & VC investor.
Nurmia is a well-respected figure in the business community, known for her expertise in assisting companies with expanding into Indonesia. With over a decade of experience as Co-Founder and Commissioner of several companies, she is instrumental in helping navigate MMW Group in complex business requirements in Indonesia,
Lestari Putri is proficient Accounting and Tax Manager with a solid background in accounting, taxation, and audit. Lestari is a crucial member of MMW Group team with exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial concepts clear.
Ratna Sari is esteemed member of MMW Group team as Legal Manager. She has wealth of experience and background in the legal area, she holds a Master’s degree in law and have completed various professional certifications.
Bima Santoso has years of experience in the Sales with a strong track record from veriouse industries. He has ability to navigate the complexities of involved transactions with the highest level of support and guidance.
